no punishment
Considering their ranking and their proximity to the monarchy there is very little evidence that nobles were punished for petty crimes and misdemeanors. Since most of the punishments in this day in age for petty crime resulted in public embarrassment or torture the prosecution would normally overlook these convictions to avoid possible anger and discipline from other high ranking members in society. This was one of the few holes in the unjust system of the Elizabethan era that would result in being found not guilty and that fact emphasizes the unfairness of the justice enforced.
